PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are all inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change, effective immediately upon site posting. This is inclusive of any other form of customer notification.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is an acceptance and confirmation of your order.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Passion Projects {allyouneedislove} Pty Ltd will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to the designated delivery carrier.
SHIPPING AUSTRALIA
From the 1st of February 2013, shipping within Australia will be free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, Australian shoppers will be charged a flat delivery fee of $10.00 (AUD) for postage, handling and insurance.
We guarantee prompt delivery. Orders received by 1pm EST will be processed on the same day whenever possible. If we can’t dispatch your order within 2 days due to unavailability, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements or, if you prefer, give you a refund. We will email a confirmation upon a dispatch of your order. Australian shoppers should allow between 2-3 days for delivery. However many customers will receive their order overnight.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
We guarantee prompt delivery. Orders received by 1 PM EST will be processed on the same day whenever possible. If we can’t dispatch your order within 2 days due to unavailability, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements or, if you prefer, give you a refund. We will email a confirmation upon a dispatch of your order.
International order delivery times will be dependent upon the destination. Generally, if we are shipping to countries other than Australia please allow a maximum of 21 days to be safe, however we use DHL and find that deliveries are generally around 5-7 days from order.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, tell us why and then just return it (in original packaging) for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at customerservice@passionprojects.com.au

Hello, Just wanted to thank you for your kindness… Kevin is improving, slowly, but improving (from a stroke). I want you to know that I am taking the powder. My night time vision appears to be improving, wearing glasses less when driving! My imagination?
