Lynette and Alejandro de la Vega have been practicing architecture as de la Vega Architects Pty Ltd since 1983 initially with offices in Australia and Washington DC. International work continued over the years through to Singapore, The Philippines and Argentina. de la Vega Architects has been a successful multi-disciplinary architectural practice committed to excellence in design that enhances market value, whilst communicating a sense of cutting edge sophistication. The practice has sought to encompass architecture, interior design and product design.

In 1987, Lynette and Alejandro introduced a new paradigm for restaurant dining in Australia with the opening of their famous Zigolini’s Restaurants in Woollahra, Double Bay and Sydney City followed by Trezini’s in Mosman and Melbourne, all of which were owned and run as businesses for several years. Smart, chic and relaxed environments, these restaurants, reflected the imaginative and high level of interior design expertise within the practice, introducing a unique de la Vega language which revolutionised café and restaurant culture of the day.

Since the mid 1980′s, Lynette and Alejandro have also intermittently worked on the development of technology for a range of beverage delivery mechanisms and packaging concepts aimed at the health and nutrition industry.

The Passion Projects {allyouneedislove} Pty Ltd project however took on a greater purpose in 2005 when their 8-year-old son was diagnosed with severe Dyslexia. The de la Vegas, driven by Lynette’s life-long passion and understanding of the benefits of nutritional supplements, decided to team up with world re-known Biochemist Henry Osiecki, culminating in the creation of a vitamin dispensing mechanism, and a range of specific vitamin formulas, the resulting effect being a new beverage category in the health and nutrition industry.

Since the original conception of convenient vitamin dispensing, the world of bottled water and consumer interest in vitamins and health has matured. Clearly the passion and the timing have now converged, thus propelling the project forward to reality.
